Refunds and Returns

Cancelling your order
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible on 0800 997832.  If we receive your cancellation before your order is dispatched from our
warehouse, we will offer a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched, the delivery fee will be incurred, and a refund of the product only will be processed.

Returning Goods
We accept product returns within 30 days of purchase where the goods are in their original, saleable condition including original packaging that is undamaged and unmarked. It is your responsibility to return the goods and proof of purchase to us via tracked courier or post.  Once a refund is approved and processed, you will receive a reimbursement for product only, no refund of delivery fee is payable.

Exchanging Goods
We do not offer product exchange. Instead, if you change your mind and need to
exchange a product, we will process a refund and you will then need to place a new order.


Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on all returns, and for
ensuring the parcel reaches us safely. Please consider a registered/insured service.

Damaged Goods
If your product(s) arrive damaged, we will provide a replacement.  If we are out of
stock of your product(s) we will offer a like-for-like replacement or a full refund. Please contact sales@oldfieldsnz.co.nz within 12 hours of receiving your order to
qualify for a complementary pickup of the faulty/damaged goods. Please include
relevant details such as order number, proof of damage and pickup address. Notification after 12 hours may not qualify for complimentary pick.  Alternatively, you can return faulty/damage goods to the above address after speaking with one of our team. 


Once we are notified it will take 5-7 working days to send you the correct goods.

Dispatch Error
If we have sent you an incorrect product, we will try our best to correct this error.

you to get you the correct products.
